Brand new opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to play a key role within a leading specialist engineering company based from their offices in Evesham.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Looking after a team of 30 shop floor staff
Managing shifts, working hours, Overtime, budgets etc
Communicating with customers regarding ongoing projects
Management of stock levels
HR and recruitment tasks
Working alongside the Quality Manager with day to day implementation of QMS
Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience in a Production Management role looking after direct reports. Also we need you to be comfortable dealing with customers both over the phone and face to face.
If you are an experienced Works / Facilities / Shop floor or Production Manager from a manufacturing background looking for a new challenge this could really be the opportunity for you with some very bright future progression plans.
