We are looking for a person who enjoys dealing with people and focuses on high levels of customer service, creating and maintaining relationships as well as making a good impression both personally and for the organisation.
In this role you will working with a fantastic team and be tasked with:
Promoting and advising customers and sales colleagues on compatible products and services.
Ensure customers are fully informed and are updated on: availability of product, pricing and appropriate discounts and delivery timelines.
Developing knowledge of all Franchise suppliers
Managing and interpreting customer requirements, promoting and advising on additional associated products on incoming sales enquiries.
